Join us online at 6pm on Friday March 4th when Kate will demonstrate how to make the perfect canapes from beautiful local ingredients.

First of March is all about craftsmanship and working with the finest craftsmen in their field. So we’re delighted to be partnering with Kate of L’Amuse Chez Kate as part of Wales Week London 2022. I first met Kate at a Charity lunch back in the early 2000s and later had the privilege to eat at her Mumbles restaurant - L’Amuse. It holds a very special place in our family history so I was thrilled when Kate agreed to partner First of March for this event during Wales Week London.

On the 4th March she will be preparing and cooking canapes with wonderful local ingredients while sharing stories from her life as a chef and answering any questions you might want to ask!
