A stunning pendant created for Collect 2025. 

Shown here with Fragile Form Pendant No.1 this unique piece is crafted from 18ct gold and black ruthenium - two precious metals chosen by Mari Thomas to reflect our curatorial theme of Black and Gold. 

Hand carved, the pendant features the words written in response to our call for new work to showcase at Collect 2025 while reflecting the central motifs of words and language within the Fragile Form Collection. 

A stylish addition to the Collection,  the pendant can be bought separately or paired with the contrasting brooch in 18ct gold and black ruthenium. 

With this piece I took the two dimensional flat sheet and, using clean lines, facets, precision and containment as my inspiration, turned it into a three dimensional vessel.

These throws are hand crafted by Patricia Lester using hand painted silk and viscose velvets created by Charles and Patricia. Each piece is picked especially for its uniqueness and individuality. Some of the fabrics have been silk screen printed as well using some of the many techniques developed by the Lester's making their artwork particularly unique and rare.

Sterling silver jewellery box with brooch and earrings.

The simple, chased lines of this elegant jewellery box by Rebecca Oldfield, belies its ingenuity with two beautiful jewellery pieces hidden within. 

The box is skilfully crafted to create the perfect storage for a chased silver brooch and a stunning pair of silver and 18 ct gold earrings with diamond decoration, two small hooks enabling the earrings to hang freely within it. 

A brooch pin is cleverly concealed within the lid of the box - meticulously chased to align with the chasing on the base of the box - to transform it into a stunning and wearable piece of art. 

132 metres of silk hand pleated into a 150cm textile wall piece using shibori techniques. 

This piece is a unique, one off item but similar pieces can be made on commission.

A beautiful decorative wall piece inspired by the waterfalls of Wales.

'Rhaeadr' translates as waterfall or cascade and this piece captures the movement of the water as it plummets over a sheer shelf of rock to a pool below. 

The patination cleverly captures the rich flora and fauna of the surrounding rock and its architectural structure.

This work was created specifically for Collect 2025 and is a departure from the work for which Higson is more widely known. But her fascination and love for the mountainous terrain of North Wales underpins this piece, the meticulous detail typical of her work and key to capturing the beauty and mystique of the waterfall and its environs. 

This dramatic limited edition piece captures the  movement and balance typical of a Martin Duffy sculpture. 

The larger scale allows Martin to amplify the detail of his smaller pieces to recreate the tension, urgency and drama that lies behind this annual rite of passage.

The hand carved lettering in this beautiful sister piece to Fragile Form Sculpture No#1 captures the signature motifs within the Fragile Form Collection. 

Created for Collect 2025, the sculpture evokes a sense of decay and fragility as seen in the pages of an ancient book - the words and language, the wisdom they hold, remaining when all else has withered and gone, the sculpted form reminiscent of a turning page.
