Hidden Words 2

Previous Commission

A bowl of Contrasts - from the Hidden Words Series of bowls

This beautifully crafted bowl made from steel, vitreous enamel, sgraffito with abraded layers, was first showcased at Springfield USA.

The black exterior is contrasted with a soft white interior, marked with soft black lines and the signature black shapes characteristic of this series of pieces.

Inspired by her fascination with the language of the in-between - the hollow centre a space for curiosity and innovation.
