The piece showcased here - Phyllostachys Aurea - has been accepted to exhibit with The International Bienalle of Glass in Bulgaria 2023.
Phyllostachys Aurea is the product of a study of 'Golden Bamboo'. To achieve this piece, Amelia takes a considerable amount of time researching scientific photography of the cells, studying the formation of the plant and the locations its found.
