Amelia’s work is about taking tiny close-up details of the natural world, such as Lavander and reinterpreting them using hot glass to produce glass art. This piece is carefully constructed using hotglass murrine which Amelia has pulled in her hot glass studio then cutting them before building them up to create a large tile of murrine. The movement, colours and cellular structure of Lavander is the inspiration of this piece.
This is a One-of-a-kind piece.

A hand made circular wall piece in black , white and soft blues.
To meet the curatorial theme, Verity created this piece in beautiful monotones with mystical and gothic overtones. Inspired by the forms and organisms found in nature, this work is typical of Pulford's signature work, but presented in a new and distinctive colour palette.

Inspired by the skeletons she finds on the beaches and woods near her home in North Wales, this unusual collection of glass sculptures are beautifully imagined by Verity Pulford.
With their contrasting black and gold details and accents, the triptych marks a different direction from the usual colours to be found in Verity Pulford's work, while evocative of the nature which inspires her work.
A stunning interpretation of our curatorial theme for Collect 2025.
